St. John’s Wort is a medicinal herb known for its therapeutic use since ancient times.  Both its beautiful yellow flowers and leaves are used to make tea but they should be consumed with caution. Put them into hot water and leave them for about 10–15 minutes in order for the valuable ingredients to pass into the water.

 

It is often used for relieving anxiety and it may be helpful in treating mild depression.
