Spearmint leaves have a sweet, minty character. Perfect for baking or other culinary purposes, for a cooling effect. The possibilities are endless — try using it in sauces and chutneys.

As a tea it has a smooth taste with fresh notes and digestive qualities.  It pairs perfectly with a sunny summer afternoon. To prepare, place a tablespoon in a cup filled with hot water and let it steep for 5–10’.
