HERBAL TEA BLENDS:
days of summer
lemon verbena, spearmint, mountain tea, linden

A lemony, light blend that is as refreshing as its delicious aroma. To prepare, place a tablespoon in a cup filled with hot water and let it steep for 5–10’.

Recommended as a delightful iced tea that will keep you hydrated during the summer months. For brewing iced tea, prepare as described above and allow it to cool. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and serve. You can also use a part of the infusion to make herbal tea ice cubes! If your guests surprised you, for the quick version, double the amount of loose leaf tea you use per cup of water and once you’re done steeping the tea, let it cool for a couple of minutes and add ice. Complement with your favourite fruits.
